Pricing Pawns is a publisher (it owns the rights to the Chicago Blaze book), pricing consulting firm, chess organizer, chess writer and chess tournament director.

Daniel Parmet is the President of the company. Daniel holds Certified Pricing Professional designation from Professional Pricing Society. Daniel completed his MBA at DePaul University’s Kellstadt School of Business in 2012. He has also completed pricing executive education courses from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and University of California Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. He has over five years of pricing experience through Fortune 500 Companies to startups as well as his consulting practice.
